A fresh, sweet smoothie with strawberries and banana, that is great for breakfast or as an after-workout snack.

Ingredients
  • One cup frozen strawberries
  • One ripe frozen banana
  • One cup unsweetened almond milk
  • One teaspoon peanut butter
  • One teaspoon honey
Instructions
  1. Cut the strawberries and the banana into small pieces and put them in the freezer the night before you want to make the smoothie. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Put in a large glass and enjoy!

Το smoothie αυτό είναι ιδανικό για ένα γρήγορο πρωινό ή υγιεινό σνακ μετά τη γυμναστική!

Συστατικά:

  • 1 φλιτζάνι κατεψυγμένες φράουλες
  • 1 κατεψυγμένη, ώριμη μπανάνα
  • 1 φλιτζάνι γάλα αμυγδάλου, χωρίς ζάχαρη
  • 1 κ.γ. φυστικοβούτυρο
  • 1 κ.γ. μέλι

Κόψτε τις φράουλες και τη μπανάνα σε μικρά κομμάτια και τοποθετήστε τα στην κατάψυξη αρκετή ώρα πρωτού επιθυμείτε να φτιάξετε το smoothie. Τοποθετήστε όλα τα συστατικά σε ένα blender ή multi και αναμείξτε έως ότου το μείγμα είναι ομοιογενές. Φυσικά μπορείτε να αντικαταστήσετε το γάλα αμυγδάλου με αγελαδινό, σόγιας ή όποιο γάλα επιθυμείτε. Καλή απόλαυση!
