I haven’t used any L’OREAL sunscreen or After Sun products in a long time, I don’t know why really. But, what drew me to pick up these two sun care products is the packaging that reminds me of the 70s for some reason!
LOREAL SUBLIME SUN Spray LIGHT SENSATION SPF 30
The packaging may first drew me to pick up these two products, but there is a lot more to them then good marketing and design. I went for the ‘Spray Light Sensation’ with SPF 30, because I don’t like the feeling of sticky suncream on my skin. And it’s true, this spray is indeed lightweight, easy to apply and absorbs quickly, without leaving a white film on the skin. The smell is delicately sweet. It protects against UVA and UVB rays with photostable filters and contains the ingredient Skin Elixir Complex TM, which boosts melanin production. The LOREAL SUBLIME SUN Spray LIGHT SENSATION is water resistant and protects from photoaging.
LOREAL SUBLIME SUN AFTER SUN Rich Reconstruction Milk
I will admit right now that I don’t usually fuss with After Sun products. There, I said it. I tend to use ‘normal’ moisturizer after a day in the sun. But, in my defence, I tan easily, I hardly ever burn and my skin is not dry at all. So, why not stick with my usual body lotion?
Now that I tried this lovely After Sun by LOREAL SUBLIME SUN, I know why. Because: a. After Sun products contain more ingredients that specifically hydrate irritated skin, caused by too much sunlight, b. the smell. After Sun products smell like holidays in a bottle, and c. because it is lush to offer yourself a nice, rich moisturizing treatment that is like a ritual. And the LOREAL SUBLIME SUN AFTER SUN Rich Reconstruction Milk is great. It has a nice light sweet citrusy smell. The consistency is creamy and just a tiny bit gel-like, but it absorbs immediately and leaves the most fresh smelling soft skin, without any stickiness. I would definitely recommend this After Sun Milk for everybody who wants a product that offers hydration, smells good and is quick to use. Just apply a general amount after your shower, it will absorb instantly and you are ready to get dressed and enjoy a summer evening.

Έχω χρόνια να χρησιμοποιήσω αντιηλιακά ή after sun προϊόντα της εταιρείας L’OREAL, μα μόλις τα αντίκρισα στο ράφι του Hondos Center με ‘τράβηξε’ αμέσως η συσκευασία τους, που μου θυμίζει κάτι από δεκαετία του ’70!

Μπορεί σε πρώτη φάση να με τράβηξε η συσκευασία τους, μα τα δύο αυτά προϊόντα έχουν πολλά παραπάνω να προσφέρουν από marketing και design. Επέλεξα το SUBLIME SUN ΑΝΑΛΑΦΡΟ SPRAY SPF 30 επειδή δεν μου αρέσει καθόλου η αίσθηση παχύρρευστου αντιηλιακού επάνω στο δέρμα μου. Πράγματι, το spray αυτό είναι ανάλαφρο, εύκολο στη χρήση και απορροφάται άμεσα από το δέρμα, χωρίς να αφήνει λευκά κατάλοιπα. Το άρωμα του είναι ελαφρά γλυκό. Προστατεύει από τις ακτίνες UVA και UVB με φωτοσταθερά φίλτρα και περιέχει το συστατικό Skin Elixir Complex TM που ενισχύει την παραγωγή μελανίνης. Το L’OREAL SUBLIME SUN ΑΝΑΛΑΦΡΟ SPRAY SPF 30 είναι ανθεκτικό στο νερό και προστατεύει από τη φωτογήρανση.
LOREAL SUBLIME SUN AFTER SUN Πλούσιο Γαλάκτωμα Επανόρθωσης
Πρέπει να παραδεχτώ πως σπάνια χρησιμοποιώ προϊόντα after sun. Συνήθως προτιμώ το ‘κανονικό’ μου γαλάκτωμα έπειτα από μια μέρα στον ήλιο. Αφού μαυρίζω εύκολα, καίγομαι σπάνια και το δέρμα μου δεν είναι ποτέ ξηρό, γιατί να μη χρησιμοποιώ απλά την ενυδατική κρέμα που πάντα προτιμώ;
Τώρα όμως που δοκίμασα το LOREAL SUBLIME SUN AFTER SUN Πλούσιο Γαλάκτωμα Επανόρθωσης, μπορώ να σας πω γιατί: α. Τα προϊόντα After Sun περιέχουν περισσότερα εξειδικευμένα συστατικά που ενυδατώνουν και καταπραΰνουν το ερεθισμένο από τον ήλιο δέρμα, β. η μυρωδιά. Τα After Sun μυρίζουν διακοπές, και γ. γιατί είναι πολυτέλεια να προσφέρεις στον εαυτό σου πλούσια ενυδάτωση. Το Γαλάκτωμα Επανόρθωσης LOREAL SUBLIME SUN AFTER SUN είναι πολύ καλό. Έχει ελαφριά γλυκιά μυρωδιά εσπεριδοειδών. Η σύνθεση του είναι κρεμώδης και λίγο σαν gel, μα απορροφάται αμέσως και αφήνει το δέρμα βελούδινα απαλό, χωρίς αίσθηση πως κολλάει. Θα σύστηνα το Γαλάκτωμα After Sun σε όποιον επιθυμεί ένα προϊόν για ενυδάτωση, που μυρίζει όμορφα και είναι εύκολο στη χρήση. Απλώς εφαρμόστε επαρκή ποσότητα μετά το ντους, θα απορροφηθεί κατευθείαν, ώστε να μπορείτε να ντυθείτε αμέσως για να απολαύσετε ένα ζεστό απόγευμα καλοκαιριού.
