An easy and filling salad recipe for a quick snack, light lunch or dinner and great after workout meal.

  • 2 handfuls of seasonal leaves, such as lettuce, rocket or spinach
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 90 g of tuna, canned in water
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 6 olives
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • sea salt
  • dried oregano
  1. Wash the green leaves and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in halves.
  3. Place the tuna on top of the leaves and the tomatoes.
  4. Add the capers and the olives.
  5. Add the olive oil and the lemon juice.
  6. Add the salt and the dried oregano.
