A fresh, sweet smoothie with strawberries and banana, that is great for breakfast or as an after-workout snack.

  • One cup frozen strawberries
  • One ripe frozen banana
  • One cup unsweetened almond milk
  • One teaspoon peanut butter
  • One teaspoon honey
  1. Cut the strawberries and the banana into small pieces and put them in the freezer the night before you want to make the smoothie. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Put in a large glass and enjoy!
